Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday), unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Shipping time varies by carrier and destination. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Knotty By Nature is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your package, please check with neighbors/building staff and contact the carrier first. Damages in transit (48-hour window)

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at knottybynature605@gmail.com with: - Your order number - Photos of the item - Photos of the packaging

If approved, we will offer a repair or replacement.

Custom orders

Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks to complete before shipping (depending on size and design). We’ll confirm timing after your request is approved.

Handmade Variation Notice

Each piece is handmade and may have slight variations in knotting, texture, and measurements. Color can also vary due to individual dye batches, lighting, and screen settings. We do our best to photograph items accurately, but your piece may look slightly different in person—this is part of what makes handmade work unique.
